Reduce spasticity and re-educate arm and hand muscles using this e-stim machine without lifting a finger. The SaeboStim Micro is ambidextrous and designed to function on either the left or right hand/arm.
This video features a clinician demonstrating the SaeboStim Micro, highlighting its design to reduce spasticity, re-educate arm and hand muscles, and provide therapeutic benefits.
The stimulation is delivered into the elbow sleeve and glove by a uniquely designed stimulator. Clients suffering from impaired function, weakness, and spasticity can benefit from much-needed stimulation.
We believe the best way to experience the benefits of our products is in person. Working with your own patients. In your own clinic. That's why we offer unique, no-obligation trial programs for most of the products we offer.
Electro-Mesh glove provides complete stimulation to the entire hand.
Electro-Mesh sleeve distributes stimulation over a large portion of the upper arm and elbow.
World’s smallest stimulator offers advanced protocols for day and night-time use.
Stimulator attachment provides quick and convenient access to the unit during activities and at rest.
The SaeboStim Micro consists of 3 components.
The SaeboStim Micro is designed for individuals who have had injuries that result in:
Some diagnoses that may benefit from use of the SaeboStim Micro include but are not limited to:
The onset of the injury does not prevent someone from receiving Saebo treatment. Whether the client just had a stroke, an orthopedic injury, or suffered an injury years ago, the SaeboStim Micro can be an effective treatment to help reduce pain and improve motor function
Questions/comments for the client:
The SaeboStim Micro is commonly recommended to patients by Neurologists, Orthopedic Surgeons, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, and other Physicians and Health Care Practitioners, and should be purchased on their order for use in the treatment and management of pain, spasticity, or similar concerns associated with neurological injuries.
The SaeboStim Micro is designed for individuals who have had injuries that result in:
The onset of the injury does not prevent someone from receiving Saebo treatment. Whether the client is post-stroke, has had an orthopedic injury, or has suffered an injury years ago, the SaeboStim Micro can be an effective treatment for motor impairment.
Clients that may not be appropriate for the SaeboStim Micro typically exhibit one or more of the following:
Impaired function from a neurological injury such as a stroke may result in both sensory and motor deficits. Limited use of the hand or arm can typically lead to impaired sensory communication to the brain (touch, feel, awareness of joint movement). With SES, the main goal is to maximize input by providing stimulation at a very low-level (i.e., without producing a muscle contraction). Improved outcomes are associated with increased excitability of the affected hemisphere. Interventions that focus on re-balancing the communication between both hemispheres are likely to lead to improved recovery. Priming is a technique used to enhance the brain’s ability to re-balance the two hemispheres post-stroke. Priming interventions include invasive and non-invasive techniques and can be administered before or during therapy.
